A carefully selected mixture of handpicked flowers and leaves from the Seilich meadow to leave you feeling refreshed and revived! This product is Certified Wildlife Friendly as the ingredients have been grown in our wildflower meadows which are created first and foremost for nature conservation.

Directions for use: The whole leaves and flowers in this tea mean that it is sometimes easier to pinch rather than spoon the tea (8-10 leaves/flowers) into a pot or re-usable tea bag. Steep in freshly boiled (but not boiling) water and leave to brew for 2-4 mins according to taste. Enjoy.

This reviving blend tea is made from meadow grown peppermint, nettle and cornflowers, selected for their abundance of vitamins (A, C and E), minerals (potassium, iron, and magnesium)and antioxidants, as well as their ability to invigorate the senses.

Grown amongst the wildflowers and wildlife of the Seilich meadow, the leaves/flowers are handpicked and gently dried before being packaged into refillable glass jars. Note, this is whole leaf, loose leaf tea.

At certain times of the year, some botanicals in this blend may be replaced with those bought in from other herb growers to ensure continuity of supply (and to ensure we don't over harvest from our meadow!).

1/ What is Reviving Blend herbal tea? Reviving Blend is a fresh, green herbal infusion made with peppermint, nettle and cornflower. Peppermint gives it its bright, cooling character, while nettle brings a deeper green note and cornflowers add a scattering of brilliant blue. It is our cup of choice when the day needs a little more life put back into it.

2/ What does peppermint and nettle tea taste like? Fresh, green and gently minty. The peppermint provides the clearest flavour, while nettle adds a softer, grassy depth rather than an overpowering herbal taste. Cornflower rounds out the blend visually and botanically. If you find conventional herbal teas rather dusty or heavy, this is deliberately a much fresher style of infusion.

3/ Is Reviving Blend Tea caffeine-free? Yes. Reviving Blend is made entirely from peppermint, nettle and cornflower, so it contains no traditional tea leaves and is naturally caffeine-free. That means you can enjoy its fresh, lively flavour at any time of day without reaching for another coffee.

4/ How do I brew Reviving Blend Tea? Because we use whole flowers and leaves, we often find it easier to use a generous pinch – around 8–10 leaves and flowers – rather than measure it precisely with a teaspoon. Add freshly boiled water, allow it to cool very slightly, then infuse for 2–4 minutes according to taste.

5/ Is Seilich Reviving Tea grown in Scotland? Much of it is. We grow peppermint, nettle and cornflowers in and around the Seilich meadow and carefully hand-harvest and dry them. As with all our meadow-grown ingredients, we put the habitat first: if our own harvest is insufficient, we would rather buy from another responsible herb grower than over-harvest the plants growing here.
